These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program offered by C308 Marketing, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

When you submit our contact form, provide your phone number, and check the opt-in box, you consent to receive calls and text messages from C308 Marketing, Inc. related to your inquiry, including follow-up questions, scheduling, and information about the services you have asked about.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our contact form, you:

• Consent to receive recurring calls and text messages from us at the number you provided
• Confirm that you are the subscriber of the phone number provided, or the customary user of that number, and are authorized to opt in
• Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Providing a phone number on our contact form is optional.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again. Opt-out requests are processed through the same phone number from which you receive our messages.

Our messaging program is available through major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
